Gypsypoms Pomeranians Purchase Agreement.
I ask everyone who purchases a puppy from Gypsypoms to sign an agreement. The reason I ask them to sign an agreement, is to ensure that we both know what to expect from me, and what I will be expecting from you as the new owner of a Gypsypoms Pomeranian. Please remember that if I did not feel confident in you, I would not sell you a puppy.
What you will receive with your puppy:
1. First Stage Of Worming: I, the breeder, will treat your puppy until it leaves for its new home. We then advise that the puppy be treated monthly until the puppy is 6 months of age. Then every 3-6 months. Please be advised by your Veterinarian.
2. Vaccinations: I, the breeder, will have the puppy vaccinated and the purchaser will receive the vaccination certificate. Signed by a vet.
3. Micro- chipped: I, the breeder, will have the puppy micro-chipped and the purchaser will receive proof of this from a vet.
4. Vet Checked: The puppy will be vet checked prior to it leaving for its new home, a vet certificate will be given to the purchaser and it will be signed by a vet.
5. 6 Weeks Pet Insurance: After this time insurance for your pup will be your responsibility.
6. Kennel Club Registration Papers: These arrive in the breeders name and are then transferred into the owners name. The cost of the transfer of ownership will be the responsibility of the buyer.
7. A 5 Generation Pedigree: I, the breeder will supply a 5 generation pedigree.
8. Care and Training Sheet: I, the breeder will supply a care and training sheet.
9. Food to Commence Feeding your Puppy: I, the breeder will supply some food and a diet sheet.
10. Ongoing Breeder Support From Myself: I, the breeder will give support to the purchaser regarding their puppy. This is for the puppys lifetime.
Deposit on a Gypsypoms Pomeranian-
I do not take deposits for puppies that have not been born. However I do ask for a deposit before the puppy is due to go home. The reason for this is to reserve your puppy. If I am in a situation that I cannot provide you with a puppy, then your deposit is fully refundable. However if you decide not to take a puppy, or if the puppy reaches 16 weeks old and you have not contacted me to make arrangements to pick up your puppy, I will assume that you no longer want the puppy, then your deposit is non-refundable. The reason for this is that I will have to find another home for the puppy. This would have to be done urgently, as the older a puppy gets the harder it is to find a quality home for it. Therefore please consider carefully, the purchase of your puppy. The puppy will not be ready to leave until it is 12 weeks old.
Your deposit of 250 pounds will need to be paid when you have picked your puppy. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the puppy. I, the seller, may cancel the sale prior to buyer taking possession of the puppy in the event that the buyer has given false information to Gypsypoms Pomeranians, regarding their contact details or their ability to provide an appropriate home for a Pomeranian. In this case, a cheque for the deposit will be posted directly to you. I will not sell you a Pomeranian or WILL cancel the sale of a Pomeranian, if you are found to have a home with children under 13 years old, has any breed of dog bigger than 10 lbs adult size or if you are found to be a cross breed dog breeder.
A receipt will be given for the deposit paid.

Purchasing a puppy that is ready to go-
Full payment for the puppy is expected on the date that you will be collecting your puppy.
The amount due on the day you collect your puppy is ………………… pounds this is calculated already having allowed for deposit paid. Please note- the puppy will not leave the premises until payment is in full and final settlement and all contracts have been signed.
A receipt will be given for the full amount paid.

Terms of Purchase.
1.Puppies should go to their new home between 12-14 weeks of age, and NOT before this time. If the puppy you are purchasing reaches 16 weeks old and you have not contacted me, the breeder, to arrange when you are picking up the puppy, or you fail to pick up the puppy on the arranged date, I will assume you no longer want the puppy and find it another home, the deposit will not be returned.
2.Insurance covers the puppy for illness for 6 weeks from the date of collection outlined in this agreement. Please ensure you read the Policy statement provided for you in your puppy pack and adhere to any requirements stated by the insurer to ensure that you qualify for the insurance provided for this time. There is an excess payable on claims you should also be aware of. It is strongly advised that some other form of insurance is continued with after this time. This needs to be organised in advance, do not wait until the Insurance Policy has expired!!!
3.Although the puppy is covered for the first 6 weeks, please ensure you take the puppy to your Vet for a Vet check within 48 hours after purchase. Should your Vet find anything wrong with your puppy you must contact me IMMEDIATELY. As the breeder of this puppy, I reserve the right to have a second opinion, should that puppy be found to have a significant health defect.
4.The buyer is purchasing the puppy first as a pet and companion, then a hopeful show dog and not a breeding dog (unless agreed by the breeder and the buyer). The buyer will provide the puppy with a safe, comfortable home, vaccinations and veterinary care as needed, the attention a house pet would customarily receive and proper grooming.
5.I, the breeder, asks that the buyer contacts me in the first instance to organise appropriate re-homing should the buyer no longer be able to keep the puppy. Buyer WILL NOT take or send the puppy to the Dogs Home, RSPCA, or any Kill Shelter. Buyer will not sell or give the puppy to a laboratory or any person dealing with or representing a laboratory that uses animals for testing of products and/or experimentation of any kind. If the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, they should contact me, the breeder IMMEDIENTLY, as per the contract of sale. Please be aware that a refund for change in buyers circumstances, which results in the buyer being unable to continue to give the puppy a loving home is not possible.
6.If purchasing a female puppy, buyer will not breed until the Bitch is 14 months of age. (Bitches must only be mated to a dog that is Kennel Club Registered, healthy and has no outstanding faults, according to the K.C breed standard. I, the breeder and the owner must agree to the choice of stud dog.)
7.I, the breeder recommend Vaccination Boosters spaced 2-3 weeks apart, until the puppy series is complete, then once annually thereafter, however this should also be on Veterinary advice.
8.I, the breeder will provide the buyer with complete documentation of the registration of their pup. The registration papers will be mailed to the buyer as soon as they are received. I, the breeder and the purchaser will sign a contract stating this. It is the responsibility of the buyer to transfer the puppys registration papers into their own name. The cost of this will be the responsibility of the buyer.
9.I will not sell you a Pomeranian or WILL cancel the sale of a Pomeranian, if you are found to have a home with children under 13 years old, has any breed of dog bigger than 10 lbs adult size or if you are found to be a cross breed dog breeder.

Both the breeder and the purchaser have read and understand this Purchase Agreement and Agree to its content.
